About the PCMCA

Membership Criteria

To be a member of the PCMCA players must be a member in good standing of a league (“Member League”) which is subject to the following conditions:

1. All members of a Member League 60 years of age or older as of December 31st of the year before the Provincial Combined Championship for the current season is held must become members of the Society. For example, in the 2018/19 season the championship is held in March 2019. Members must be 60 as of December 31, 2018.
2. Member Leagues may not allow players to choose whether to join the PCMCA or not.
3. All members meeting the age requirement of (a) above must pay the specified PCMCA dues.
4. A Club may have more than 1 Member League in the PCMCA.
5. How Member League teams are formed and who is eligible to play in the Member League is at the discretion of the Club and does not determine eligibility to join the Society.
6. Players may be full-time curlers or designated 5th players.
7. Member League spares are not eligible to join the Society as they are not eligible to play in any PCMCA playdown event.
